Waste of time!!! Initially came there because this office is in network with Broward County School Board. The insurance coverage covers cleaning and routine check up. The doctor recommended a deep cleaning and I refused it because they were charging $530. My teeth’s are healthy with no cavities.The staff tells me Dr. Heidman won’t do any of the services that are covered by the insurance because I denied the deep cleaning and that there is nothing more to do.🤔 This confirms the stereotype of dentist and their schemes. Reason why I don’t go to the dentist!!!Staff was nice though.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel morally obligated to warn others about this dental office. This was, without a doubt, the most unprofessional, disrespectful, and dishonest experience I’ve ever had in any healthcare setting.Let’s start with the staff—rude, dismissive, and completely unbothered by the fact that I had to wait over an hour past my scheduled appointment time (and I arrived 15 minutes early!). Not a single apology or update—just indifference and attitude from the front desk.Now for the scam: they tried to upcharge me for a “deep cleaning” that I absolutely did not need. I take excellent care of my teeth and get compliments on them regularly—from friends, family, and even other dentists. In fact, this very office did my cleaning just six months ago and said everything was perfect. Now suddenly, I need an expensive deep cleaning? Completely unethical and predatory.The person who took my X-rays seemed completely untrained, and the entire experience felt rushed, sloppy, and unprofessional. It honestly made me question whether she was even qualified to be doing the job.This place is a disgrace to the dental profession, and I strongly believe their practices need to be investigated. I will be reporting them to the dental board and encouraging others to do the same. The way they treat patients and attempt to exploit them financially is unacceptable. They should be shut down.There are plenty of honest, professional dental offices out there. Avoid this one at all costs.

Terrible experience. I had a 9:00 AM appointment, but the clinic was completely closed when I arrived. The person with the key didn’t show up until 9:20 AM—completely unprofessional. The office itself was disorganized and messy, with staff running around with no structure. Worst of all, workers on their cell phone, even while they had patients in front of them. It felt chaotic and careless, especially for a place that treats children. I do not recommend this dental office to anyone.

I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience at this dental office. From the moment I walked in, the staff was shockingly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. It was clear they lacked the training and qualifications to provide proper patient care. There was no sense of compassion, courtesy, or respect — just a cold, rushed, and uncomfortable environment.To make matters worse, they attempted to pressure me into accepting several unnecessary procedures and treatments that were clearly not medically required. It felt more like a sales pitch than a healthcare visit. Their priority seems to be maximizing profit, not the well-being of their patients. I later consulted with another dentist who confirmed that none of the suggested treatments were needed at all.After reading other reviews, I now see that my experience was not unique. Many people have had similar complaints, and I strongly believe those reviews are accurate. I truly regret not doing more research before visiting. Please do yourself a favor and stay far away from this facility. There are many other dental practices out there that will treat you with the honesty, professionalism, and respect every patient deserves.

Dr. Heideman provided a thorough and professional dental experience. During my appointment, he skillfully removed my permanent retainer and fitted me with custom night retainers for both top and bottom teeth. The procedure was quick and the dentist made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process by explaining each step along the way. I really appreciated how he took his time and made sure all of my needs and concerns were met. I highly recommend Dr. Heideman and this practice.

Beware of the most dishonest unprofessional, rude, nasty. manager Veronica tells me my insurance wont cover so she can sell a dental plan. Dentist wont explain procedure, he and assistant fights during appointments. How pathetic the dentist doesnt have a business card because he only comes twice a month. They dont even provide gauze was bleeding and they tell me is saliva. Have an infection because dentist didnt prescribed antibiotics. Worst dental office.

Worst dental office to go to! When I went in February DR HIDMAN was trying to make me pay out of pocket after I told him I had insurance. Then he stated he was going to send in a prior authorization I never received a callback from this dental office since February ! Now I’m trying to schedule an appointment to a new dental office THAT WOULD WORK WITH MY INSURANCE AND NOT DISCRIMINATE and no where would accept me due to them billing. MY INSURANCE. I’m very furious and going through a bad toothe ache and now I’m taking extra measurements to make sure everyone involved in this scam is held responsible

Amazing, Beautiful front desk!!! They were very friendly also helped me figure out the dental plan i was looking for. Dr Courchia & the assistants were also super helpful and informative I had the best experience at this office although I was skeptical at first due to old reviews but they did mention it was all new staff. BLOOD ON TRAY STAND!!! Beware and Stay away!!!First MAJOR red flag was blood on the front of the surgical tray stand from the previous patient. I told the assistant we wanted new surgical tools and a different room to be brought into after they sanitize. They left us in the same room and she used a single sanitary wipe to remove the blood then used the same wipe to wipe down the drill cables and attachment points!!! Basically spreading the blood all over everything...?I took my wife here to get a root canal done. She has a family dentist she sees and has a treatment plan outlined with him. Unfortunately she was in pain and we were forced to go here as her dentist was on vacation.She only needed a root canal done and have it filled, no crown no extra measures just root canal and fill it. The office manager (if that is what she was) was rude, condescending and lacked patience. Interrupted us mid speech various times, told us we dont know how billing works, said they dont just select codes to bill, all of which is exactly what they do and it is not have to procedures. When we told her no and were going to seek a second opinion she left and was slamming drawers and tossing our clipboard on the counter. Very unprofessional.I ask plenty of questions, I do not blindly sign or pay for things without understanding first. I called my insurance and got clarity on the codes they were using and why the price was inflated and the treatment plan sneakily added a SURGICAL code that is completely unnecessary for a standard root canal of a strong tooth. (D3910)When I asked to simply have the root canal done she began insisting the Crown prep has to be done that it is not possible to just do a root canal and fill it. Her aggressive lack of respect and impatience was ultimately why we chose to leave and never come back.We should have read the reviews before coming.

I am offering up a glowing review for Alex, one of the dental assistant in this office. He is professional, kind, knowledgeable, and has a soothing way about him. I sure hope that I am blessed to have him assisting the dentist every time I am there. Thank you Alex!!!!I am updating my original review to reflect the problems I have encountered since my first visit. Alex, is still fantastic. He isnt the problem. Rachana D. Choski was the first dentist to work on my teeth. She said she could save the molar on the right side of my mouth. So, I consented to her to take care of it. She painfully injected me to numb the area. Then, she drilled and drilled and drilled. She filled the tooth and sent me on my way. Soon after, my right cheek blew up and I looked like a chipmunk for days. It was during a weekend, so I toughed it out. I dont like to take painkillers, so I didnt ask for any.The next visit was with Khalid O. Rayan, who is kind, professional, and gentle. When I told Alex and Dr. Rayan about the swelling and discomfort I had after my previous visit, Dr. Rayan looked at the X-Rays and informed me that I actually needed a root canal on the same tooth Dr. Choski had just drilled and filled. I informed every9one that I will not allow Dr. Choski to treat me any longer and I only wanted Dr. Rayan to be my dentist from that day forward.I was upset because I not only went through the painful process, dealt with the infection, all of which I paid for out of pocket, but understood that the only way to get rid of the residual pain and problems was to follow his advice. I expressed my request for a refund from the previous drilling and filling to the then office manager, who no longer works there. She was supposed to produce an itemized statement for me and have it ready for my next visit. When I arrived at my next visit, she wasnt there, so I never got the statement. Dr. Rayan did the root canal and I am soon going back to have the permanent crown cemented in.Now, even though I paid for my treatment plan in advance with a credit card and a loan from Sun Bit, the billing department is trying to submit all of the work done to my dental insurance plan. Even I know that the initial submission, which was done on the first day of treatment had gone through. Why are they resubmitting an insurance claim, that they are aware is beyond the scope of my dental coverage and has already been paid for? I called today to ask that question, but was told the billing department would have to call me back.Initially, because of Alex, I gave a 5 star review. Today, I changed it to a 3 star.

I usually dont write reviews, but I had to write one for this office. This is by far the WORST dental office I’ve ever been to. We had 12pm appointment, but didn’t get call to the back until well after one. Once the dentist came and mentioned what needed to be done, I thought we were headed somewhere but nope. This young lady came and told us how much each item would cost, I told her what I wanted done out of everything listed. I’m sitting in the back waiting and haven’t seen anyone come back in a while. I decided to leave and when they noticed, they informed me the dentist would be right back, he went for a coffee break. I understand you have eat and take care of you too but it’s ridiculous to not communicate expected wait times. It’s after 3 and we’re still here. There’s no reason for a dentist appointment to take this long smh

I usually dont write reviews, but I had to write one for this office. This is by far the WORST dental office I’ve ever been to. They are completely unprofessional and have no respect for people’s time, the service was also HORRIBLE. I only went here for a routine cleaning. Before going, I saw that they had a 2-star review which was a red flag in itself, but this was the only nearby office covered by my current dental plan and I decided to give them a chance anyhow.I was a new patient here so I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment to fill out paperwork but still had to wait an hour past my scheduled appointment time with no explanation or consideration for my time. I finally went up to the desk and was told the doctor was finishing up and I was next. I was then taken to the back for x-rays, and then placed in a freezing exam room where I had to wait over 30 more minutes. Their equipment looks old, faded, rusted, and busted. When the doctor finished instead of coming to see me, I heard him at the front desk making small talk with the staff at which point I had to step out of the room to inquire when I would be seen. He came and did a 1 min exam and told me I had no cavities, didn’t even review my x-rays with me, and left. The dental hygienist was incompetent. She took 10 minutes fumbling around with the equipment trying to figure out what she was doing. She started by polishing my teeth (usually this is done last), used the scrapper thing for one minute, gave me mouthwash wash, and told me I was done and to schedule in 6 months. My whole cleaning from start to finish was literally 5 minutes, and I’m not kidding. She also walked out and left 3 times in the middle of my cleaning without even excusing herself or removing her gloves when she left or when she came back. I could only pray she did not touch any other surfaces while she was gone and coming back to continue working on me. To make matters worse, she barely spoke English, and was hard to communicate with her.I couldnt wait to leave this place, when I finished, I walked straight out the front door not even bothering to stop at the checkout desk because they collect whatever payment from you upfront anyway and I sure as hell would never step foot in this office again. I would rather pay cash to continue going to my previous dental provider. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT go to this clinic……..HORRIBLE.

The 1st time I came to this location, I was very impressed because the office looked very nice. I like it a lot. But I gave it 3 stars because I found out that I needed a deep cleaning. I got nervous because I never miss an appointment for 4 - 6 months regular cleaning. This time, the deep cleaning was better than last years cleaning. I didnt need to be numb. Plus I brush my teeth twice a day.

0 stars. I thought sawgrass mall dental had closed down. Visited and they caused a severe medical reaction that caused me to be transported by ems to the hospital. Then the staff lied and falsely documented in my chart. I asked for a copy of my medical record and they would only give me the last few visits trying to cover their mistake. The effects of the procedure lasted a long time. These people should not be in business and should not overbook their schedule to the point they cannot give quality care. I was TERRIFIED! There was one front desk receptionist that was so kind and really tried to help during the emergency and I had to thank her. After finding out all the lies they documented I would never recommend this place to anyone due to my personal experience. I had my sister on video call as they had left me unattended but documented they attended to me the entire time and my sister screen recorded everything.

For those complaining about the phone calls and wait they’re very busy and under staffed. Short tempered because they’re so busy and the lack of care is because they’re so busy and understaffed. Yes we all know if you have Medicaid you’re not supposed to pay for anything but they OFFER extra services that aren’t covered by Medicaid. You can decline. Of course they’re going to upsale Medicaid services why wouldn’t they? They’re a good dentist. They do care. They’re actually nice and caring people. Have some patience and wait your turn and you’ll be taken care of. I’ve gone here twice when I was in pain. My teeth are bad and need to go but unfortunately I just can’t afford to have that done at one time. So… I go when I’m in paid again and they do what needs to be done and I go on with my life until they’re needed again. Again, my teeth are bad. I have anxiety and my teeth are bad because of not going to the dentist. They’re compassionate and even brought me a blanket to comfort me.

The audacity that they are even in business is beyond me. Almost every review from all platforms wanted to give them no stars and from experience believe every single one. They tell lie after lie and brush you off every chance they get. These ppl made me wait a whole month for a response they could have gave me the same day I came in. No care for the patient or the pain they are in. If you’re at a job your suppose to do it to the best of your ability and they could care less to provide any good customer service. Instead of understanding and taking accountability for their lack of communication and unprofessionalism on their behalf; they catch attitudes because now you’re upset, for the things they said they were going to do and didn’t. The disgust and betrayal I feel for how I was treated by the front desk would have me in jail if I didn’t just walk away and that’s no joke. Horrible front desk and the so called Manager is only training the front desk to act the same way and this is why their ratings are so low on every platform even Facebook. 0 stars. I wouldn’t direct my worse enemy to this location. Scum absolute scum. Believe me when I say I sure did drive up there and told them about themselves because that’s how upset they had me. Not one sorry we definitely dropped the ball knowing the giving situation of why I am there in the first place. They know what they did and people make mistakes I get it but for me to be calling to check for updates and nothing was done right for a whole month is absolutely ridiculous. What you give is what you receive. To the doctors lose that manager because I know for a fact I am not the only one who has done this just because of how I was treated. She is the problem and she keeps passing it down.

Rude staff, mediocre dentists, disgusting place in general!I used to take my daughters to this dental office when thy were little. They found some cavities and they “fix them” but of course it was a job that was not well done. They didn’t get rid of the cavities properly to do the fillings, and obviously after few years that became a huge problem! Basically, we are talking about root canals that had to be done. Everything for taking my kids to this awful place that should be closed! All those bad reviews are real! Don’t go to that office, is the worst!So sad 0 stars is not an option!

NATALIE, director of this and other locations is NASTY, RUDE, MEAN, CONFRONTATIONAL and all characteristics of unprofessionalism.I called this office to schedule appointment, they were giving a month length wait. Than offered to come same day. I accepted. Natalie director, took the phone when all was taken care of & started drilling into my brains not letting me go so I could start driving. I highly recommend this location for teeth extractions. I had a GREAT EXPERIENCE here yesterday. My appointment was with the general dentist. Lexi at the front desk explained everything to me prior to my procedure. The staff was very professional. I had a wisdom and a regular tooth extracted. I was very nervous about how much pain I would feel during the procedure but I LITERALLY FELT NOTHING. He was very quick and everything went very smooth. DR. MARINA SPEKTOR IS THEMOST UNPROFESSIONAL, INSUFFERABLE, NASTIEST PERSON! While my disabled child was having all his wisdom teeth extracted, he didnt initially complain of pain (even paid an extra $175.00 for nitrous oxide to ensure his comfort). Unfortunately, as soon as Spektor started working on the second tooth, he expressed acute pain. I was worried (as any parent would) and asked Spektor if he was numb enough. She then started rudely questioning/talking to my son. I politely asked her to relax with him as he was nervous, and had disabilities. She went into an absolute, egotistical rage! After her berating me for several minutes, Specktor belligerently asked if I wanted to finish having the other 2 extracted (I already paid $2,500.00 for all 4). After inquiring with my son, to see if he was able, I replied yes. Spektor asked 2 more times, and I politely said yes, as before, worried that I might unintentionally invoke another fit of anger. All of a sudden, Spektor started disconnecting everything, and said she is not going to finish. I was in utter shock and so confused. I asked her what happened. She then kicked me out of the room. I left, and I stood where Spektor told me to stand, outside the door. Then, Spektor abruptly left. Sara, who works at the front desk, approached me and said Spektor didnt want to complete the procedure. While pleading w/ Sara, SPEKTOR CAME OVER AND STARTED A CONFRONTATION WITH ME! During Spektors confrontation, my son started composing a note on his phone, to tell me something. When I tried to get his phone, to see what he was trying to tell me, the assistant was blocking the entrance to his room, to prevent me from getting my sons phone! Then they all started exclaiming,Hes recording, hes recording! Sara literally grabbed Spektor by the arm, started dragging Spektor away to the front, saying,Shes recording! Shes recording!. While Sara is dragging Spektor away, I said,My son is not recording! He is trying to tell me something! I had to reach over the assistant to get my sons phone, who was still blocking the entrance and now pushing my arm! My son wrote describing his pain levels. Sara and Spektor then came back and I showed them my sons note. Then, they demanded that they see my phone, or they wouldnt continue my sons procedure! I was so scared and nervous with how confrontational they were being, I fumbled to unlock my phone, to reveal that I wasnt! Then, Sara and Spektor walked away again. Sara then came back and said, You have two choices. Spektor is going to stop the procedure and you go somewhere else, or you wait in the lobby, and she will finish. Not wanting to have my son go through the procedure again, and him also wanting to finish, I waited in the lobby. Mind you, their confrontation with me lasted for over 15 minutes, while my son is still in the chair, hooked up to nitrous oxide, with mouth blocks still in his mouth! The medical assistant wasnt attending to my son either as she was busy blocking the entrance to his room! While outside, I asked Sara for information for another office for any follow-up visits. Sara said that she saw nothing wrong with Spektors behavior towards me because Spektor is just an abrasive person. I asked her then why would she physically drag Specktor away, if she thought I was recording her? She said noone likes to be recorded without permission. I told her that if someones behavior is appropriate, it doesnt warrant someone else having to drag them away if they think that person is being recorded.Theres more, but wont fit (sorry so long). Just want to help anyone, whos considering this office, to know the horrific details of our visit. If one, innocuous word can set her off so quickly, she shouldnt be in the medical field. NOONE deserves how we were treated, especially by a medical professional, who is sworn to adhere and uphold the Hippocratic Oath. Besides the abhorrent treatment, to have to beg a medical professional to continue care, after already starting a complicated procedure, is absolutely absurd!

The office even gave me a discount just so I could get my procedure done the same day!!!ALSO- Doctor Rayan was so gentle handed and thoroughly explained my treatment plan. I would rate them zero stars if I could. I brought my elderly father there in January for teeth extractions and denture fitting. Three months have passed. Not one tooth has been extracted and only a denture molding has been done. The communication is horrendous! On more than 5 occasions I have called requesting information/attempting to book appointments and the employees do not know the answers to basic questions so then I’m promised a call back from an employee with the responses and to book my appointment (apparently nobody knows when the surgeon is available). I NEVER received ANY returned calls further delaying care. Im so frustrated i just want to pick up his dentures and do the extractions elsewhere. Surprisingly, they will not give us the dentures or schedule an appointment. I will be going to another dentist at this point.Also, I’d be very hesitant to believe the scattered five star review amongst the sea of one star reviews.If you love your family member and sanity avoid this office at all costs!!!

TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICESo They cancel my appointment 2 times “ because the doctor “, they rescheduled me , I had a car emergency , so I had to cancel , before that I had the flu so I had to cancel, seriously who wants to go to the dentist sneezing and coughing everywhere , and this lady has the audacity to want to charge me for a cancellation fee . I had a very bad experience since the beginning. When I made my first appointment I mentioned that I needed it to be with the surgeon. The appointment is for my daughter. When we arrived they made us fill out 6 pages, they took copies of my ID and insurance card and after 35 min waiting they called us in. To tell us that the doctor only comes on Tuesdays and Saturdays so we had to make another appointment scheduled for today Tuesday at 12:00. I told the receptionist that if at that time the doctor is there cause I don’t want to go at his/her lunch hour and she laughed and said no we don’t do that so I let it at 12:00.We came with my daughter for today’s appointment and all the paper work we filled out and copies taken were no where to be found so we had to fill out everything all over again and have them make copies of my ID and insurance again. We waited for over an hour so I asked the receptionist how much longer would it be and she said they were out to lunch and should be back shortly which I had mentioned when I was making the appointment so we would it have to wait. When we finally were called in the nurse said oh your appointment was at 1:00 not 12:00 that made me even more upset cause I knew he was lying but just said that cause they made us wait.Since the first day everything was done incorrectly making my daughter and I waste time. For that reason I told them I didn’t want my daughter seen there cause of their terrible service and irresponsibility.

This is our second time coming to this office and I was even more disappointed than our first time. 6 months ago we waited for hours to be seen, with that in mind I called to make an appointment and I was told to arrive 10 minutes early so I wouldnt have to wait. Our appointment was at 10am and I arrived at 950am. The staff arrived after me. They called absolutely everyone that came after me. Only when I said something they called me immediately. While waiting an elderly man came asking about a cleaning. He could communicate in English (was having some trouble but defined understood). He was automatically brushed off to come back Monday when a Spanish staff is in even though he asked several times to get pricing for a cleaning while holding his insurance card. The doctor is caring. Office is disorganized and has no care for their patients time. Will not be coming back.

As Ive read other reviews, this dentist office forces you to add additional services because they know the insurance they accept wont cover it so they can take unnecessary money from the patient. When I called to ask can I get a regular cleaning instead of a deep cleaning as I only need it on half of my mouth, the manager Alexis was very rude and had the nastiest attitude and told me if I dont want the dentists recommendations to find another office. She referred to me as love instead of by my name to demean me and I did not appreciate it at all. When I asked to speak with someone higher than her she said have a good day and hung up on me. They are just collecting insurance money and not really helping you to get anything done.

I was skeptical to come in because of their low reviews, but this is one of the few places covered by my insurance.I was annoyed that they didnt have a hygienist available to do my cleaning. I only get these done every six months and I wanted to make sure it was done correctly.Im giving them 5 stars, because I was pleasantly surprised with the service. The front desk staff was friendly, welcoming - and there wasnt a long wait. The doctor looked at the xrays and then poked around and gave me the news that my teeth were fine. Then the assistant Maddy Brazu did a wonderful cleaning, she was gentle and took her time. I walked out with a smile.

Really wanted to like facility as its close by and takes my insurance. Called to set up a regular cleaning.Once situated on the cleaning chair, the staff added additional services (Full mouth irrigation) If you do not accept the additional services, the staff will NOT proceed with your regular cleaning. A bit ingenious.Thought it was a one time thing. But going a second time the staff again sells you another service. If you do not accept there service, they would not give you your routine cleaning.I understand that the doctor can recommend you treatment specific to you, but to deny regular cleaning feels misleading to me.

They do not get back to you in timely manner or at all. I am not sure if they are just lazy or lack knowledge of their job function. I am inclined to say both. I traveled from West Palm Beach to make it to my apt at 9 am on a SATURDAY after they rescheduled my apt already due to the Surgeon not being able to make it to my original apt. When I get there they told me my insurance does not cover this and that and that I would have to pay $550 out of pocket. Mind you, this is my second time here, and they failed to inform me of this the first time, as well as all the other times I called to confirm my apt. They needed me in there to charge my insurance card as many times as they possibly can before leaving this bad review!! not to mention all the yelling from the staff while I was back there saying back room is dirty do you want to get written up? I shouldnt have been able to hear any of that! Do not come here!

3 hour wait time was ridiculous enough (what’s even the point of making an appointment?!) , minus the rude employees yelling at each other through the wall as I waited in my desolate patient chair. Dentist, who I forgot his name unfortunately, was very nice, but they told me my intermediate cleaning would be a crazy amount of money that should’ve, but wasn’t, covered by insurance. They tried to prod me into rescheduling but I walked out. After wasting three of my hours (when I had an appointment!), y’all should’ve given my cleaning for free. Don’t go here.PS in the waiting room there’s a painting of birds over a horizon placed vertically instead of horizontally, as it should have been, that I was forced to stare at for hours. And after trying to finally go in for my crown they told me that it was there for a month and I came in the next day with an appointment. They had waited45 min to tell me that it wasn’t there. This isn’t my first time going in and they sent me home with no work done. Then the office manager who had told me the crown was there for a month yelled at me to when I tired to understand what had happened. So Unprofessional. They didn’t even do a good job on my tooth I was left with a mouth I couldn’t close for a few days. When I asked to come in they told me to come in the next day then sent me home explaining to me that the dentist did not want to see me today. I have been coming here for the past seven years and I have to say, each time the experience is worse and worse. From the lack of consistent doctors, to doctors quoting during my appointment, or refusing to see me after hours of waiting. I’ve had them bill the wrong insurance. Call the wrong insurance to say I’m not covered, not be able to read the other doctors hand writing and basically ask my to decider my own treatment. I cannot say a single good thing about this place. Three years ago I could say they did good work. Not anymore. There is this resolving door of treatment that is designed to bill your insurance for as much as humanly possible. Get ready for them to do more harm than good, while paying for their new boats! Worst experience ever. The seasoned front office staff is the best part but there is only two of them left. There are a million doctors here. Most only one day a week. You must schedule with only your physician or you’ll end up with a dr who refuses to honor the other’s treatment plan or who refuses to do work because they didn’t begin with you. Expect no bedside manner. Dr green left , and it’s a good thing he did. I truly believe he did not have the mental capacity to treat patients. I have left this office more times than not in pain (that they caused). With no relief in sight. I advised them that after my treatment I’d be leaving. I met Dr. Rodriguez the day I met that declaration. She’s awesome, but not even her politeness, attention to detail, and knowledge of her craft is enough to keep me. This place misses too many marks!

I had great experience, front desk was so welcoming and very polite, also I was so concerned about my bone graft falling out so I kept calling asking questions and they were very patient with me and even scheduled me another visit to make sure everything was going well. So I went there to get my wisdom tooth pulled on Saturday as recommended by the dentist. The oral surgeon said I should avoid surgery. I suspect they were booked solid and just got me out of there. This is my second time and will be my last. Not to mention the upsells are crazy, as everyone else mentioned. Im sure there must be a commission-based incentive program because what I paid $250 for, I still dont know. I just paid for it because I thought I needed it. But, after reading the comments, I see what they are doing. The place is a scam. I wonder if they have their licenses????

I will never in my life go back to this office. I went with a referral to have oral cancer screening done and oral surgery. They never did the screening, almost a month later I come to find out they did not due the screening!! Trying to charge me $400 when I have insurance and I confirmed with the dentist office and my insurance that they will accept it for the oral cancer screening. I had to even contact my lawyer in regards to this matter because this people who call themselves dentist has played with my health with no care in the world to even help!! If I could give no stars I would. I went to this office in 2020. They evaluated me and gave me a cleaning. Said I needed to wait till they gt authorize to do the next part of treatment plan. Every six months they call me for a cleaning. And when I ask about the authorization for the treatment the dr said I needed. They do the same thing. I explained to them I only want what my insurance covers and they got upset with me forcing me to pay $450 half of what my insurance covers. If I could put zero stars I would. Zero professionalism. The staff fights amongst themselves right in front of me verbally. Made me wait multiple hours (with an appointment) before attending me. Even when got serviced, come to find out by a follow-up visit, they had installed the incorrect piece on my tooth that did not belong to me and WITHOUT MY CONSENT reduced down my teeth. When trying to speak to someone there they literally said they would no longer speak to me, turned their back and left while he sat on his phone right in front of me.

This place does not even deserve one star in my honest opinion. Very inexperience in handling task. The only thing they know how to do is accept a payment. There is no real direction the left hand is clueless to what the right hand is doing. They will gladly place you on hold for over ten minutes at a time. They will tell you anything to get off the phone without handling ta ask or returning phone calls. Very incompetent in what an administrative assistance job descriptions require. They will give you the run around and juggle task among each other without any real resolution. The orthodontics doctor is good but she is has a horrible team under her and if I were you I would avoid this office at all cost. Dont say you were not warned. To spend the amount of money on braces is one thing but do so with an office that actually cares about their patients. This office is not it.

Literally.I signed up for an inexpensive health insurance and I should have known better than to go to a dentist that is located in the food court of the mall. My experience began with a rude receptionist who was clearly having a bad day. No manners. Lots of forms to fill out. More than I have ever seen and I have been going to dentists for 35 years.Some quick notes-there was a woman who I think was homeless who was leaving her bags in the reception area and the staff was ok with it.-I dont think the dentist even looked at my x rays because they are usually on the computer in the room where I am about to get my cleaning.-I wanted a simple cleaning and he said that I needed a cleaning with metal instruments which is different level of cleaning. What a joke. And then he claimed I needed some kind of resin filling due to gum issues. This may be partially true but at 75 bucks a tooth, I will get a second opinion. At this point, I walked out. I sat in the chair while he checked on another patient, which I can understand. I actually am glad he did. Something didnt feel right. I just left. I rather wait and find a better option. I should have done my homework and looked at reviews.

I can’t only imagine how the surgeries turn out for patients!The day of my daughter’s procedure they did not know if they received the dentist referral. Around 20 people crowded in the door waiting like it was a DMV office. Vey unprofessional, disorganized, don’t go to this office for any dental service. Customer Service TERRIBLE! I can’t only imagine if you get an infection or further treatment with them….they had a waiting list!!! Just insane! every time I called they had no clue which tooth they were going to extract! Every time you call, the receptionist places you on hold for 15-20 minutes at a time. They always say someone will call you back and never do. Quick information, my dad got approved for a procedure through insurance. We called simply to ask if the approval was acceptable and if we could schedule an appointment. If not, at least advise so we can find another dentist. We have called 5 times in the last month only to be placed on hold. I understand offices are busy but this is ridiculous. They repeatedly lie and say that they spoke to someone and explained how much the procedure would cost out of pocket. That is simply not true. We have all the phone records and phone messages and not once did they call.

My mom brought my little sister there and she was the first one there and when they came out they called everybody else in before her. Not only that but they came out with a clip board call 2 name and then said some other people. I have been visiting this office for the last couple of years but today was the last time I would visit this dental office. This office has no consideration for people’s time. I made an appointment for 11:00 am and arrived on time. There were 2 other people in front of me. It took them 1 hr and 15 to move me to a room to wait for the doctor. The doctor determined the course of treatment and told me to wait. I waited for another 45 minutes, at that point I asked the office manager how much longer and she told me…5 more minutes. At that moment I walked out . It’s totally irresponsible and inexcusable to make an appointment and having to wait for 2 hrs just so they can tell you to wait 5 more minutes. I will never go back to this office and definitely would not recommend it to anyone. Stay away from dentist office, the doctors and personal are constantly changing in this office for some reason and they don’t care either.

I dont even want to give this place one star! Filthy place!! Exposed wires, dirty floors, cabinets. Staff busy chatting - waited for 50 minutes - standing as they had no chairs available. I could have gone to the food court, but, I wasnt there to eat!! Once I was taken into the room I sat another 20 minutes before anyone came in to exam me. I was told that my teeth were in horrible condition, bleeding gums (not) and that in less than 10 months I had 8 - yes count them 8 cavities!! How is that possible when I brush my teeth twice a day and floss each time!! I would suggest if you have an appointment - change it and find a more professional office!! I plan on doing my research to find another dentist!! You should too!!

Im only giving this place 2 stars because I really like my dentist. But as far as the actual office, that place deserves zero stars. The receptionist needs to be fired. She put the wrong insurance information in my file, then couldnt even give me a price for my treatment. I had to personally call my insurance company so that they could speak to the office. Then she scheduled my appointment and when it came time for my appointment she said it was never scheduled. I wish I could go somewhere else however they are the only dentist in the area that stays open late. Unfortunately Dentists think that people dont work or can take a lot of time off work.

The office staff here were very nice, especially Nichole at the front desk however while having my tooth extracted I felt shards of my tooth going down my throat, the DR broke off one of my crowns and cemented it back on but did not put it back on correctly and now I have not been able to eat in over a week due to severe excruciating pain from the crown pushing on the tooth pushing down on a nerve, and when she stitched up my gum after the extraction she sewed a piece of my cheek skin to my gum! Absolute dental nightmare! I will admit my teeth are not in the best condition but never have I experienced anything like this, while injecting the anesthesia she was so rough it was agonizing, and at one point with the needle still in my gum the doctor was looking away and pushing the needle so hard into my mouth. If I could go back in time I would have just kept my damaged tooth until I could find/ afford a better dental office. The pain now is even more excruciating than before I went!!! Do not go here! Unprofessional, horrible horrible horrible!!!!!!I’ve had to practically overdose myself on ibuprofen just to get through my day without constantly sobbing due to how much pain I’m in

The environment has definitely changed. Very dirty and long wait times for pediatric visits. I was told that the chair was cleaned but found spit on the chair and in the sink. The sink was clogged and didnt drain. We were eventually moved to another room and when the dentist came in he rushed through because they are over booked. I walked out because the dentist didnt listen to what our concerns were and what we were told by other physicians. He just told us what he thought the situation was before he even looked at my childs mouth. He made recommendations without even fully understanding. Then he told us my daughter has a cavity but I didnt see it. He never picked at it with the tool to verify. It was food...Avoid this place and Im reporting them for unsanitary and unsafe practices.

If your office is understaffed on the weekend please have the consideration to spread out your appointments. Why must I have to waste two hours of my day in your waiting room where there are insufficient seating due to Covid. due to your issues.One suggestion would be to invest in some kind of text messaging service like in restaurants, to notify patients when they are ready to be seen. Worst place ever. They have no idea about what they are doing. The pediatric doctor recommended to extract 2 teeth from my 3 year old son for a minor accident, after spending 10 seconds with him. No X-rays. We could hear everyone around the office commenting about the age of my kid (3 years old), chanting that they could get a very expensive surgery as my kid was 3 and not 2. The Dr. told us that we didnt have too much time to decide, we had to sleep on it and decide in the next few days if we didnt want to affect the definitive teeth under the affected temporary ones. No signs of infection. No x-rays. 10 seconds inspecting my kid. He decides to extract the 2 frontal teeth and told us he could spend 5 or 6 years without his teeth (until he turns 9 years old), yes he did say worst case scenario. We talked to 5 different pediatric dentists, they all said the same do not let anyone extract those teeth, especially without x-rays confirming at least an active infection. Awful. They just want your $. STAY AWAY.

The Pediatric dentist himself is OK. The staff lacks experience in handling kids. And some wont speak fluent English. If Spanish is not your first language, that can be challenging. The last time I was there the dental assistant acted a little rude when taking the x-rays simply because she couldnt clearly communicate in English what she needed from my kids. The other assistant ended up taking over seeing she was struggling.

From the start, once the girl (assistant) saw it was my 3 year olf she rolled her eyes. It was my sons first time, he was scared and all i got was sarcastic rude comments. She couldnt even speak english. My son cried a lot, instead of receiving support all we got was stares from everyone. Please stay clear of this dentist office. I had filling done at this facility and two days later I was in extreme pain. I called the office and the receptionist told me to take Ibuprofen. I have been taking 800 mg Ibruphen with no relief. I called again and asked to speak with the dentist. I was told that the dentist that did my filling only comes once a week and no other dentist can assist me. I called again 3 days latere because at this time I was in so much pain I couldnt even see straight. I spoke with the office manager Natalie I asked her if I could speak with the dentist she told me I would have to come in. I asked her how long of a wait as I was in extreme pain. She left me on hold and then hung up on me. I called back and she refused to come to the phone. I endied up driving to the office and waited for 30 minutes to see the dentist on staff. The dentist told me my filling was too high and she had to drill it down which she did. I am home now and cannot sleep because I am still in so much pain I dont know what to do. THis is the worst dentist office, customer service rating is well below zero.

Xray machine was down, hard to find this place but staff are friendly and professional. Locating the facility is in Avenue 1 and its next to the food court going towards the Teriyaki towards the exit. Dont follow gps, it will take you to TJ Max but if you enjoy sight seeing then I recommend using GPS.

I see some negative reviews and I think it’s because there is a slight language barrier with the dental assistance but all around this place is amazing they’re open seven days a week the hours are convenient the doctors are amazing but like I said most of the dental assistance only speak Spanish and the only negative thing I can say Is they charge $15 for medicine that should be covered under your insurance and after speaking to my insurance I now can say no to the extra $15

This office it’s the most horrible and disorganized, the staff personnel it’s all a big lying group .in the appointment day ,they only took a panoramic x-rays and sit my mom in the room ,only the nurse came ,ask questions and said we have to wait for authorization,dr.never saw my mom, her Medicare insurance was bill for so many check up and extra x-rays , Medicare denies my mom dentures because the x-rays that was send have teeth, my mom have no teeth ,that was the reason for a new denture, tryin g to call to verify authorization, they put me in hold for so long ,gave a name of a employee that was not working anymore in the office, many more complaints, not happy with the office .

This was one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences I’ve had at a dental office.From the start, the front desk staff failed to provide the necessary paperwork—I had to ask for it myself. No one verified our insurance coverage in advance, which led to us waiting over two hours without any treatment being done.We were told insurance would only cover part of one of the two procedures, but instead of proceeding with the covered one, the manager refused to move forward unless we did both procedures together—which made no sense and wasted our time.To make things worse, we were asked to leave the exam room because they had no available rooms, and they suggested we discuss private patient matters in the waiting area in front of others. That is a serious breach of patient privacy.Sandy, in particular, was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout the entire visit. Her tone and attitude made an already stressful situation worse.This office showed a complete lack of communication, professionalism, and respect for patients. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I had a root canal and a crown done, after a few days I got an infection in the same tooth, I went to the clinic where they did the work they told me that what they had done to me was a bad job (without knowing that it was them themselves) but when I told them that they had done it themselves, they told me that they couldnt do anything, since the doctor who treated me no longer worked there and the worst thing is that I had to pay again to remove the crown, do the root canal and another new crown.
